Crazy Busy!!

Where shall we start....hmm. Well our house hasn't sold.Starting in June we went to closing six times and finally the sale fell through. If you ever hear Milestone Mortgage/Realty RUN!!!We really aren't sure what to do; our Realtors are just sitting and waiting and we keep lowering the price and nothing happens. Is this a lesson in humility/taking bad advice/Going for it alone/Going with a realtor? We arent sure.
As you all know we spent some time in Utah for Granpa Noyes' funeral and a short trip to Yellowstone. On the way home we traveled the long long way after a disappointing sojourn in Dinosaur Land aka Vernal,Utah. When we arrived we were told the building in which all the cool dinosaur bones were being unearth out of the side of a hill was condemed. And all that was a rangers station to inform us that it was closed and the nearest dinosaur museum was back in Vernal. But here is Little ROWAN happy as a clam even after a long and tortureous day.

Jeff is now a seasoned Seminary Teacher...of 1.5 weeks hah!! He's teaching Seniors and started off on a really good note...only this week all students are all settled in and now are testing him. He is very tired ..more from staying up preparing than waking...but it also doesn't help that Rowan isnt sleeping very well either. He's such a trooper!!
